ESS Automation in Bessemer City, NC is located 30 miles west of Charlotte.  The company is located off Hwy. 161 on Ramseur Road. 

ESS began its operations in January, 1990 and was located on White and Jenkins Road, Bessemer City, NC in the GEM Textile facility. The primary business was the repair and design of circuit boards used in the textile field. ESS also was involved with OEM’s in the design of power creels for drawing and stopmotion devices for many textile machines and creels. In 1993 ESS moved to a new facility located on Ramseur Road. The 4,500 square feet building is a state-of-the-art facility used for the repair and design of industrial electronics for all types of industry. We have expanded our capabilities over the last decade and a half and in 2002 the building was expanded to 7,500 square feet to meet customer needs.

ESS also has expanded it’s services.  We now manufacture and stock machine parts for all types of industry. We stock parts such as gears, shafts, bearings, etc. for many European and American  machine manufacturers. We warehouse machine parts on site and many are ready for immediate shipment from our Ramseur Road facility. Contact us today for a quote.
